While Samsung Galaxy A5 (2017) has started receiving Android Oreo update in some Asian countries, yet its two-year-old beasts Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge have yet to receive Oreo treatment.
A Turkish website which is used by Samsung for the official announcements has recently revealed the update timeline for some of the Samsung’s devices. The Oreo release date for Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge is scheduled on the 18th of May, 2018 and for Galaxy A3, A5, and A7 (2017) models are planned for June 1, 2018 release and.
