Today marks Equal Pay Day – the point in 2017 where a woman on an average wage stops being paid relative to their male counterparts.

To honour this, women and men are being encouraged to support the campaign by posting an Equal Pay Day flag on social media.
Victoria Derbyshire, from the BBC, kicked off the campaign by sharing the flag, which is made up of two black bars in the shape of an equal symbol, on her Twitter.
