Lisa Maffia has revealed that a film about So Solid Crew is in the works.
The 00s garage group, which boasted around 30 members at the peak of their chart success, are working on a film about how they shot to fame.
So Solid Crew singer Maffia told Metro.co.uk that members of the group still meet up and have been making plans for a comeback.
She said: ‘So Solid Crew aren’t over, we’ll never be over. We’re not done at all. We do collectively get together and do shows together. And we’ve got a movie in the pipeline as well, we’ve got a So Solid Crew movie coming up and it’s all about the history of the group.’
Lisa, 38, is focusing on her own music at the moment, with a brand new free EP, Maffia, dropping at the start of November. She’s also gearing up to release a new album with the first single Old Habits also coming out next month.
